The S2500-PVC Welded Wire Mesh Natural Gas Heating PVC Coating Line is a specialized production system designed for applying a PVC (polyvinyl chloride) coating to welded wire mesh using natural gas heating. 3.Composition of equipment
Key Features & Description:
1.Welded Wire Mesh Feeding System
Automated or semi-automated feeding of welded wire mesh into the coating line.
May include straightening and pre-treatment stages (cleaning, phosphating) to ensure proper PVC adhesion.
2.Preheating (Natural Gas Heating System)
Uses natural gas burners to preheat the wire mesh before PVC coating.
Ensures uniform heating for better PVC adhesion and smooth finish.
Energy-efficient compared to electric heating systems.
3.PVC Powder Coating or Dip Coating
Powder Coating Method: Electrostatic spraying of PVC powder onto the heated mesh, which then melts and bonds.
Dip Coating Method: The mesh is dipped into a fluidized PVC powder bed, coating it evenly.
4.Curing & Gelation (Natural Gas Oven)
The coated mesh passes through a gas-fired curing oven to fully melt and cure the PVC.
Ensures a strong, flexible, and durable coating.
5.Cooling & Solidification
Air or water cooling systems to rapidly cool the PVC-coated mesh.
Prevents sagging or uneven coating.
6.Inspection & Quality Control
Thickness measurement, visual inspection, and adhesion tests.

7.Cutting & Stacking
Automated cutting to required lengths (e.g., rolls or panels).
